History, science, and cutting-edge technology are converging at La Rural’s Frers Hall. The DG Tech Lab is capturing attention in the Argentine capital with five immersive Virtual Reality (VR) experiences that seamlessly blend education with entertainment.
Rather than simply observing history behind glass displays, visitors are able to step directly inside it, journeying from the edge of the cosmos to the inner chambers of the Great Pyramid of Giza. The diverse VR lineup features space exploration aboard the International Space Station, a journey inside the Great Pyramid of Giza with Horizon of Khufu, an immersive look at ancient architects through Secrets of the pyramid builders, a trip to medieval strongholds in The Last fortress, and a 3.5-billion-year voyage across evolutionary history in Life Chronicles.
Ancient Egypt serves as a major crowd-puller at the exhibition. Utilizing hyper-realistic graphics, two dedicated VR journeys allow guests to physically walk through Khufu’s grand galleries, providing students and history enthusiasts with a rare, hands-on perspective of ancient engineering and craftsmanship.
By transforming immersive VR into a powerful educational tool, the project provides a compelling look into the future of learning, demonstrating that the most effective way to understand history, science, and the universe is to experience them firsthand.
