Dubai Ruler Hails President Sheikh Mohamed as the 'Spirit of the Nation' in High Praise

Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, has lauded President Sheikh Mohamed for his exceptional leadership, heavy investment in youth, and strategic vision in preparing the UAE for future generations.

In a public post on X on Sunday, the Dubai Ruler praised Sheikh Mohamed, referring to him as the "spirit of the nation." He recalled the President's service as a field commander during the liberation of Kuwait and the Kosovo war, while also highlighting his compassionate response to global disasters and his role as a statesman who has garnered international respect for the Emirates.

“I have known you as a man of your word, a man of principle and a man of action. Generous towards your people, entrusted with the future of your children and compassionate, tolerant and chivalrous towards everyone living on your land,” Sheikh Mohammed stated.

The Dubai Ruler emphasized that one of the President's greatest accomplishments is instilling a deep sense of "confidence, security and optimism" across the nation. He illustrated this by pointing to a young girl attending school safely, witnessing the UAE’s achievements in space, and dreaming of making her parents proud.

“When this girl dreams with certainty and believes that her future in her country is great, we know that you have fulfilled the trust placed in you,” Sheikh Mohammed said.

Furthermore, he commended President Sheikh Mohamed for transforming international ties into robust economic, political, and investment partnerships that directly benefit the UAE's population. He also noted the administration's strong focus on education, future industries, and economic diversification.

Reflecting on the legacy of the UAE Founding Father, the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the Dubai Ruler noted that Sheikh Mohamed has successfully built upon that foundation by bolstering stability and expanding global partnerships.

“The goal is not to create wealth, but to create generations capable of creating wealth and shaping the future,” Sheikh Mohammed concluded, assuring the President of the nation's unwavering support on this ongoing journey.
