Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty highlighted that ongoing communications between the leaderships of Egypt and Saudi Arabia remain vital for addressing regional developments, as reported by RT Arabic.
Speaking in televised remarks on Thursday evening, Badr Abdelatty described a recent phone call between Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi and Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman as a brotherly exchange initiated by the Saudi leader. Both figures reached a consensus on deepening consultations and enhancing communication between the two nations.
Badr Abdelatty stressed that the alliance between Egypt and the Kingdom is historically grounded and defined by a shared destiny. He noted that the security of Saudi Arabia is inseparable from the security of Egypt, forming an essential component of broader Arab state security.
