Minister of Foreign Affairs, International Cooperation and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty firmly reiterated Egypt’s condemnation of all attacks targeting Saudi Arabia. During a phone call with Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah Al Saud, Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdelatty emphasized Egypt's complete backing for the Kingdom’s security and stability.
The discussion was part of ongoing communication and strategic coordination between the two nations, highlighting the depth of their fraternal ties and the necessity of enhancing bilateral cooperation across multiple sectors.
During their dialogue, the two ministers addressed key regional matters, including the crisis involving Iran, security dynamics in the Red Sea, and the ongoing conflict in Sudan. Both officials stressed the critical importance of protecting maritime navigation freedom and security in the Red Sea and the Bab el-Mandeb Strait.
