UAE Air Force Demonstrates Aerial Defense Capabilities Following Ballistic Missile Threat

The Ministry of Defence has released a promotional video highlighting its operational readiness to protect the country through advanced aerial defence operations.

This video was posted following the missile threat on Tuesday night (August 18), when two ballistic missiles were launched. One of the projectiles landed in national waters, while the other fell outside the UAE's maritime territory.

According to the ministry, the video serves as a prompt response showcasing the UAE's ability to "protect the nation's skies and respond decisively to safeguard its security and stability."

The incident marked the first alert issued by the UAE in five weeks following the firing of Iranian missiles.

Authorities have urged the public to rely exclusively on official sources to stay informed and avoid miscommunication.
