Saudi Arabia's energy ministry has confirmed a minor fire at an Aramco building in Dhahran, resulting from a strike that caused no injuries. This incident follows a warning issued by the Houthi group, urging civilians to evacuate Saudi oil facilities, which they declared as "legitimate targets." In response, the Saudi-led coalition has conducted strikes against Houthi energy terminals and fuel reserves within Yemen. A spokesperson for the coalition, Turki al-Maliki, stated that military forces implemented precautions to prevent any "collateral damage on civilians." The situation was captured in a screengrab from a video released by the Houthi-run Al Masirah TV on October 8, 2026, depicting a Houthi fighter engaged in an offensive against Saudi-backed Yemeni forces in Taiz province, Yemen.
