Abu Dhabi has launched TAMM Global, a new entity established to export the emirate's artificial intelligence-driven unified government services platform to international markets. The Department of Government Enablement – Abu Dhabi (DGE) announced the company's formation under the directive of Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Council. TAMM Global will be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering an integrated system of digital government services, including owning and operating specialized digital platforms and retaining associated intellectual property rights.
Ahmed Al Kuttab, chairman of DGE, highlighted that TAMM has been a crucial component of citizen and business interactions with the government since its inception in 2005. "Through the announcement of TAMM Global's establishment, we are building on that success by making capabilities developed and proven effective and efficient in Abu Dhabi available to governments seeking to deliver better outcomes for their people," Mr. Al Kuttab stated. The platform currently consolidates over 1,200 public and private-sector services via a single digital gateway, reportedly saving each user approximately nine visits to government service centers annually, equating to about 12 hours saved per year. Customer satisfaction has surged to 94.5 percent, a significant increase from 78 percent in 2022 before the integration of artificial intelligence, while the cost of service delivery has decreased by 30 percent.
Operating as an independent private-sector company, TAMM Global will engage directly with governments, organizations, and institutions globally, licensing the platform's architecture and implementation methodologies. This will allow governments to adapt pre-built services and digital capabilities to their specific legal and regulatory frameworks, facilitating quicker deployment without the need to replicate the entire development process. TAMM's international reputation has seen substantial growth in recent years. In 2025, it was recognized as the world's best e-government initiative at the UN-backed World Summit on the Information Society Prizes, and this year, it secured the Government category award for Europe, the Middle East, and Asia at the Gartner Eye on Innovation Awards.
