The original version features Quinta Bronson, Bowen Yang, America Ferrera, Matt Perry, Paula Bell, and Giancarlo Esposito, while the Arabic version includes Hatem Salah and other stars.
The story follows brothers Gabe and Sebastian as they try to adjust to life after moving to a new city, prior to the arrival of the "Cat," who is on a special mission to restore joy and imagination to their lives. Directed by Alessandro Carloni and Erica Rivinoja, the film expands the world of "The Cat in the Hat" while maintaining the enduring spirit of Dr. Seuss’s books. Reports indicate that this project marks the launch of a broader cinematic universe inspired by the stories of Dr. Seuss.
