Pop Star Katy Perry Set to Headline New Year's Eve Gala at Atlantis The Palm in Dubai

American pop star Katy Perry is set to return to Dubai to headline the New Year's Eve celebrations at Atlantis The Palm. Taking place on December 31 at the Palm Jumeirah resort, the performance adds another regional date following her recent appearances in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Kym Barter, managing director of Atlantis The Palm and Atlantis The Royal, announced the news on Dubai Eye, stating that Perry will bring great energy and a fantastic party atmosphere to the black-tie event. The gala will feature theatrical performances, entertainment, and stunning views of Palm Jumeirah and the Dubai skyline.

This upcoming performance follows Perry's recent appearance closing the 2025 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix with a race-day concert at Etihad Park on December 7, which marked the final date of her Lifetimes Tour supporting her 2024 album 143. Her extensive set in Abu Dhabi mixed new tracks from the album with major hits like Teenage Dream, Roar, Dark Horse, and Firework.

The upcoming New Year's Eve show marks a return to Atlantis The Palm for Perry, who previously performed there at the Dubai Airshow Gala Dinner in November 2015. She has also spent previous New Year's Eve celebrations in the UAE, including a 2017 performance on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi.

Festivities for the gala will begin at 6 pm on December 31, with ticket prices to be announced soon.
