Minister of Agriculture and Land Reclamation Alaa Farouk has announced that the Agricultural Museum and Egypt Flower Exhibition in Dokki, Giza, will welcome visitors free of charge on October 8, 9, and 10 in honor of the October 6 Victory celebrations.

The minister ordered all halls within the Agricultural Museum to be accessible at no cost, inviting the public to discover Egypt’s rich agricultural heritage. Visitors can explore various exhibits, including heritage collections, the Plant Wealth Hall, the Cotton Museum, and specialized halls dedicated to Ancient Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Coptic, and Islamic periods. Additional highlights include the Syrian Hall and the Egyptian-Chinese Friendship Museum.

Furthermore, Alaa Farouk has organized a variety of cultural, artistic, and entertainment events tailored for families and all age groups throughout the holiday period. Spanning roughly 30 feddans, the Agricultural Museum stands as one of the largest institutions of its kind globally, preserving rare artifacts that trace farming development from the Pharaonic era to the present day.

Adjacent to the museum, the Egypt Flower Exhibition spans 15,000 square meters and hosts over 80 vendors specializing in landscaping, flowers, and ornamental plants. The flower exhibition welcomes guests daily from nine in the morning until nine in the evening, while the museum halls remain open until three in the afternoon.
