France delivered a dominant finish on Monday, coming from behind to defeat Belgium 4-1 in their Nations League Group A1 clash at the Stade de France.

The match marked Zinedine Zidane's first home win as manager following a 1-1 draw against Italy three days prior, driven largely by the impact of his substitutes.

Belgium initially took the lead in the 35th minute through a goal by Dodi Lukebakio. However, substitutes Desire Doue, Rayan Cherki, and Michael Olise completely shifted the momentum during a dramatic final 15 minutes.

Desire Doue initiated the comeback in the 77th minute, scoring with a precise left-footed shot from outside the penalty area. Just four minutes later, Rayan Cherki gave France the lead by converting a cross from Michael Olise.

Michael Olise then sealed the victory by scoring a brace near the end of the match and into stoppage time, capping off the second goal with a clinical break initiated by Desire Doue's slick pass.

In other Group A1 action, Italy claimed a 3-1 win against Turkiye, with goals from Gianluca Scamacca, Riccardo Calafiori, and Pio Esposito, overcoming an earlier equalizer from Turkiye's Aral Simsir.

France currently leads Group A1 with 10 points, holding a three-point advantage over Italy and sitting four points clear of Belgium, while Turkiye remains at the bottom of the group. France will travel to Milan to play against the Azzurri next month before concluding their group fixtures by hosting Turkiye.
