Reportage Group and Sabah Investment Group Unveil Four Luxury Real Estate Projects at Azerbaijan's Sea Breeze Destination

Reportage Group is expanding its global footprint through a strategic alliance with Sabah Investment Group. The two entities recently convened in Abu Dhabi to present four distinct real estate ventures within Sea Breeze, a comprehensive residential and resort development situated on the Caspian coast near Baku, Azerbaijan. The event gathered sales professionals, media representatives, and invited guests, underscoring Azerbaijan's significance in Reportage Group's international expansion strategy and the projects' alignment with the overarching vision for Sea Breeze. Attendees were introduced to the master plans, key attributes, and strategic placement of Reportage Heights, Panorama by Elie Saab, Arabian Ranches Baku, and Brabus Island within the broader Sea Breeze development. The showcase also offered a detailed insight into Azerbaijan's real estate market and the investment prospects within Sea Breeze, alongside its residential, tourism, and leisure amenities.

Each of the four projects offers a unique residential concept tailored to diverse lifestyles and buyer preferences. Reportage Heights features contemporary waterfront apartments with expansive terraces, leisure facilities, and unobstructed sea views. Panorama by ELIE SAAB presents branded residences with interiors curated by ELIE SAAB Maison, embodying the fashion house's signature design ethos. Arabian Ranches Baku, drawing inspiration from Eastern architectural styles, provides apartments and townhouses designed for family living and complemented by resort-style amenities. BRABUS Island Baku introduces the distinctive design philosophy of the German luxury brand to the Caspian coast through an exclusive collection of waterfront residences and villas.

Sea Breeze is strategically located on the Caspian Sea coast, approximately 30 minutes from downtown Baku, and encompasses roughly 500 hectares. The development boasts over three million square metres of completed residential and commercial space and is currently home to more than 20,000 residents. Founded by businessman Emin Agalarov, Sea Breeze is being developed as a self-contained community that blends residential and tourism accommodations with commercial and recreational facilities. Its master plan, developed by the British firm Scott Brownrigg, spans an 18-kilometre stretch of coastline, with all development phases slated for completion by 2035.
