Egypt and UAE's Modon Review Rapid Progress on Ras el Hekma Development

Housing Minister Randa al-Menshawy recently met with Managing Director of UAE’s Modon Holding Abdulla Al Sahi to evaluate the ongoing advancements in the Ras el Hekma development project.

Highlighting the deep bilateral ties, Menshawy stated that Ras el Hekma serves as a vital model for Egyptian-UAE investment cooperation. She reaffirmed the ministry's dedication to providing comprehensive support, ensuring a favorable investment climate, and maximizing the geographic potential of the area.

The discussion centered on implementation rates across various components, current milestones, and upcoming execution plans designed to keep construction strictly on schedule. Menshawy emphasized the necessity of ongoing monitoring and seamless coordination between government bodies and Modon to promptly resolve any potential obstacles.
