Russia Halts Kherson Strikes as US-Brokered Ceasefire Allows Humanitarian Mission to Oleshky

Russia has ceased strikes on Ukraine's Kherson region to allow a US-brokered humanitarian mission and potential civilian evacuations from the occupied town of Oleshky. The localized ceasefire is in effect to facilitate aid deliveries and safe passage for residents.
