Kazakhstan President Tokayev Appoints Longtime Adviser Erlan Karin as First-Ever Vice President

Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev has appointed longtime adviser Erlan Karin as the country's first vice president under a newly adopted constitution. The parliament also swiftly approved the reappointment of Prime Minister Olzhas Bektenov.
