Manchester City have accepted a £75 million bid from Premier League rivals Tottenham for winger Savinho. The 22-year-old Brazilian has been given permission to travel to London to finalize terms and complete his medical. Savinho was a target for Spurs last summer, though he opted to remain at Etihad Stadium before enduring a season of limited playing time under Pep Guardiola with only seven Premier League starts.

This impending deal will push Tottenham's summer spending beyond £300 million. Head coach Roberto De Zerbi has already invested heavily by bringing in Sandro Tonali from Newcastle United for £100m, Mateus Fernandes from West Ham for £85m, Jean Paul van Hecke for £52m, and Matteo Sensi on a free transfer. Spurs are also monitoring other attacking options, including Manchester City's Omar Marmoush and Liverpool's Cody Gakpo, while having raised approximately £140m through the departures of Cristian Romero, Djed Spence, and Luka Vuskovic.

Meanwhile, Manchester City are working to secure 18-year-old Moroccan midfielder Ayyoub Bouaddi from Lille for around £85m before the transfer window closes on September 1. Should that move stall, Roma’s Manu Kone remains an alternative. City are eager to reinforce their midfield following the exits of Rodri to Barcelona and Tijjani Reijnders to Al Qadsiah, even as Nico Gonzalez attracts interest from Newcastle but intends to stay.

In other transfer news, reigning Premier League champions Arsenal have officially signed Aston Villa defender Ezri Konsa on a four-year contract. The 28-year-old centre-back joins the Gunners in a £51m deal with an additional £4m in add-ons, following a medical on Thursday. Konsa arrives to provide crucial defensive cover while William Saliba recovers from a back injury sustained at the World Cup, where Konsa starred by appearing in all eight matches for England's third-place side.
