The Ministry of Youth and Sports recently hosted a South Korean youth delegation, organizing insightful field visits to key Egyptian institutions. The itinerary included stops at the Smart Village, Zewail City of Science and Technology, and the Grand Egyptian Museum. These visits aimed to showcase Egypt's advancements in technology and scientific research, while also highlighting its rich cultural and historical heritage.

The delegation's journey commenced at the Smart Village, where they engaged with information and communications technology institutions and learned about Egypt’s digital transformation initiatives. Visits to the Information Technology Institute and the National Telecommunication Institute provided a closer look at their efforts in developing digital skills and preparing young people for the evolving labor market.

Further exploration took place at Zewail City of Science and Technology, focusing on its significant role in fostering scientific research, driving innovation, and enhancing Egypt’s education system.

The program concluded with an immersive experience at the Grand Egyptian Museum. Here, the Korean delegation marveled at prominent artifacts that represent ancient Egyptian civilization and observed modern museum display techniques used to present Egypt's cultural heritage.

These field visits are part of the broader Egyptian-Korean youth exchange program, designed to strengthen friendship, foster cooperation, and encourage cultural exchange among the youth of both nations, ultimately building stronger communication bridges.
