Parts of the United Arab Emirates can expect rain, high winds, and fog in the coming days, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). However, temperatures are forecast to remain elevated across the country. The NCM predicts wet weather conditions in the northern and eastern regions of the Emirates, continuing until at least Wednesday. Rainfall is most likely in Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah on Monday and Tuesday, as indicated by the NCM's online weather map.

The weather bureau's latest five-day bulletin also forecasts humid nights with fog anticipated during the morning commute throughout the upcoming week. Winds are expected to reach speeds of up to 40kph on Sunday, potentially increasing to 50kph from Monday to Wednesday. These winds may carry dust, affecting visibility.

The Northern Emirates have already experienced unstable weather this month, with reports of heavy rain and hail in some areas. Meanwhile, Abu Dhabi and Dubai are expected to remain dry, and the unseasonable autumn heat is set to continue across the Emirates. Daytime temperatures in Abu Dhabi and Dubai are predicted to stay in the mid to high 30s for the next five days, with Al Ain and remote desert areas of Abu Dhabi potentially exceeding 40°C.

The NCM's monthly weather summary indicates that the UAE's average daily temperature in October is typically 29.7°C. This year, however, temperatures have risen, with the El Nino weather phenomenon contributing to the delay of the traditionally cooler autumnal weather.
