Residents across the UAE can anticipate rain in various parts of the country until Monday, with temperatures expected to climb as high as 38°C, according to the National Centre of Meteorology (NCM). This week has seen hail and heavy showers impact several areas, with the NCM recording the highest rainfall at 38mm in Masafi. Significant rainfall has affected parts of Sharjah, Fujairah, Ajman, Dubai, and Al Dhafra, while showers have also been observed in northern and eastern regions. The NCM forecasts cloud cover developing in the north, including Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, Ajman, and northern Sharjah, as well as Fujairah and Dibba in the east, with the potential for these conditions to extend inland and bring further rain. Hail is also a possibility in some eastern and northern areas.

On Friday, skies are expected to be fair to partly cloudy, with a chance of convective clouds producing rain in eastern and northern areas. Humidity levels are predicted to rise overnight and into Saturday morning in western regions, with mist possibly forming. Colder weather is anticipated in some eastern and northern areas. Saturday is set to mirror these conditions, with continued possibilities of rain in the east and north. Winds will be light to moderate, occasionally strengthening and potentially causing dust to blow. Gusts could reach speeds of up to 45 kph.

Rain may persist in eastern and northern areas on Sunday. Humid conditions overnight and into early Monday could lead to fog or mist in some coastal and inland areas. Convective clouds might bring additional showers to eastern areas on Monday. Humidity is expected to increase overnight, with another chance of fog or mist forming early on Tuesday.

Temperature forecasts indicate highs of 33°C to 37°C along the coast and on islands, 35°C to 38°C inland, and 26°C to 32°C in mountainous regions. Authorities are urging residents to stay informed about official updates and warnings, especially when traveling through areas experiencing rain, blowing dust, or reduced visibility.
