Masdar Breaks Ground on Major Floating Solar Project in Malaysia, Boosting Southeast Asia's Renewable Energy Capacity

Masdar has begun construction on its first Malaysian project, the 200MW Chereh Dam floating solar photovoltaic facility, which is set to be one of Southeast Asia's largest. The project aims to power 100,000 homes, create 1,500 jobs, and foster economic growth in Pahang.
